I find that one of the best ways to start a new year is to utilize monthly journaling prompts. By having specific prompts set aside for the months to come, it really helps me stay on track when it comes to making sure I complete my goals. 

Having prompts ready to go for the new month helps me to start off each month in the correct way—feeling energized, prepared, and ready to tackle a new month.
