My anxiety used to be so bad that I experienced uncontrollable panic attacks. They embarrassed me, and actually increased my anxiety because I would often try to hide so that people couldn’t witness what I was going through.

I struggled to regain control of the negative thoughts that were racing through my brain, but luckily I discovered positive affirmations.

Once I was able to use positive affirmations for anxiety to shift my negative self-talk into positive thoughts, I found that it greatly reduced my anxiety and in some (but unfortunately not all) cases it actually prevented, or reduced the duration of, my panic attacks
