28 Self Care Sunday Quotes To Help You Feel Refreshed

A woman is laying in bed looking comfy reading a book with a cup of coffee and her guitar close to her.

Sundays used to be the bane of my existence, because I knew it meant my weekend of freedom was coming to an end.

In high-school and during secondary education it meant that I had to go back to school the next day. When I had just turned of age it meant that I was probably hungover and had to wait an entire week before I got to go out with my friends again and have fun.

And once I hit adulthood it meant that I had to go back to work the next day.

When I started my self-care and self-love journey, I quickly realized that Sundays weren’t so bad after all.

It didn’t take me long to learn I could use that day to focus on reenergizing and refocusing my energy for the week ahead by making Sunday a “Self care Sunday” instead.

It enabled me to turn something negative that I was dreading, into something positive.

That is why I decided to compile a list of my favorite Self care Sunday quotes to help inspire you to take better care of yourself.
